Parking Authority

I'm just glad that parking in Vegas definitely isn't as bad of a hassle as it is in other cities. I've come to be thankful for parking garages that don't charge.
 
I got a parking ticket a couple weeks ago for being 6 minutes past the expiration. It was a 5 hour meter and I'd used the whole 5 hours... 6 minutes past that and the cop had already been there, filed the ticket and left. He/she had to have been sitting there waiting for the damn thing to expire. They don't play.
