P90X results: This stuff really works

If you are doing p90x with weight loss in mind, it doesn't really matter which exercise you choose, as long as you stick to your diet and work out to put your body in a caloric deficit, you will lose fat.

Thanx alot for ur help. Definitely aiming to keep my calories under 1200.
Gonna start counting from now on actually. Its just hard to keep track of things like carbs, fat, and protein as well. I guess i should study and apply more since i downloaded both of the guides.
And word? Insanity is dumb like that? lol. I can't stand plyo (but love it at the same time, cause i ACHE in the morning haha.) Yeah, i prolly wont be trying Insanity anytime soon lol.

Insanity almost made me cry once, lol. I still love it, though. It's mostly extremely intense cardio, and I love cardio workouts. I'm better at them than weights to be honest.

I got a cheap electronic food scale and it has helped me immensely with tracking my calories and whatnot. Once you learn how many calories/carbs/protein/fat are in 100 grams (3,5 ounces) of specific food everything becomes much easier.

Revival!

Sorry I haven't been posting to much of anything on this site, but i've been extremely busy with work and moving up to a supervisor position so my computer life has been cut short for the time being. But to update everyone, yes I am still on p90x and yes it is still giving me amazing results. As of now, I have been cutting back up as I have reduced myself to a desired weight to really build up. I might lose 5 pounds give or take (I very from 218-222) but from what i've seen this is a really nice and desireable weight to clean cut back up....and yes, you can do that with this program! Don't believe me, this is an update on mi bicep:

My definition is just.....FRIGGIN EVERYWHERE! People who haven't seen me since May are still as shocked and amazing at my muscle growth. Man....what can't this program do, you can modify it to ANYTHING! I will, however, be movin to p90x2 when I get my finances straight (buying a new vehicle also as we speak) but what has been goin on so far it looks like I can maintain for awihle without the need of it. I hope you guys have been continuing to stick with reaching your goals. Bring it! X

I have briefly looked through P90X2 videos... it looks like they are quite different than P90X. First of all, it seems that a lot of exercises require stability ball or bands. Many exercises involve yoga (meh) elements. In addition to Ab ripper X, there's also V sculpt.

I already hate the videos with "Balance" in their title, lol.
