P90X results: This stuff really works

Dang Shogun! You thinner than a mug! Good stuff, bro. I'm jealous... Man, the only turning me off is the meal planning and hard exercises. I mean, I kind of do that with my diet now, but I watched vids on YT and that ish just looks like you have to invest time in planning and while that's also true of mine, mine's simpler. I choose what I want, something at least somewhat healthy, eat, and add... But I can't argue with your results. P90X? Hmm...

Here's my most recent pic and the last one that I will take before my graduation this friday! By now I am on day 298:

And last but not least (I don't see myself quitting p90x any time soon lol) my comparision of where I started school this semester until where I am now. I see these changes and really just think.....man. It's something I will never let myself get back too lol:

There's the fruits of my labor since I've been in school this year, and now on to graduation and back to real life. At least I can say i'll look good in my Graduation Outfit when the time comes!

Also I updated the front page with my current progress just to show how well and effective this program can work if you do stick with it. I hope my story can continue to motivate you guys as well as it has the people around me day-to-day. This program has completly changed my life, and it can do the same for you. Bring it 8wr! X
 
Shogun, have you tried insanity yet?

For the next month I'm gonna do only insanity plus some other workout. I plan on working out twice a day for a total of 90min a day. I want to lose about 10-15lbs of fat, I wonder if it's possible. I was the one who encouraged people not to lose weight fast, now I'm doing the exact same thing xD June 15 is my deadline.

Ring!! Im planning on starting Insanity on the 1st of June! I plan on working for only 60 mins though and I'm not yet sure how successful it will be considering my goals are to gain muscle mass and shed a little fat. I loved the intensity of it though and the fact that its like accepting a challenge and pushing my physique to the limit.
