P90X results: This stuff really works

I did my first day of doubles today (added it into my phase 3, which is considered 'hell month') and it's pretty intense. Cardio x isn't as hard as what I thought but it's pretty demanding, by the time I got to ab ripper x it felt like it did when I was about the second phase my first 90 days, sore exhausted, a little light headed (not enough to throw up), and my whole body was worn out, but man I felt good afterwards!

this stuff works ya, i'm really curious tosee how cardio x in the morning to plyometrics in the afternoon will do for me.

I think the hardest part of the "Doubles" is just finding time (and motivation) to do 2h+ of workouts every day. Cardio X is pretty low intensity imo. Plyo is too, but it kind of mixes both low and high intensity exercises so it's better. What I don't like about Cardio X is the Yoga warmup :P I don't do Yoga at all, I switched it with Insanity cardio workouts.

Really? Wow... That's 100+ lbs! Props, dude.

Thanks =) It wasn't really a big deal to lose that much weight, it kind of melts away once you start eating right and exercise. It gets MUCH harder when you are after abs =(

How long did it take you, Ring? Did you have any moments where you may have slowed down, experienced discouragement?

^Of course. I had plateau'd many times but the worst one was at the very end of my weight loss and I just stopped working out because I felt discouraged, that was about 7-8 months ago. Idk why, but once you start working out you quickly become addicted to it, and if you stop for a certain period of time you will feel horrible about yourself 24/7, at least that's how it was in my case. I got back to it 2 months ago (consultation with my surgeon was my final motivation:P) and I feel amazing again. I think it took me about 1,5 year to lose that weight. I lost the first half with cardio only then I discovered p90x.

^ wow truer words have never been spoken. I stopped working out for two weeks because of finals and I feel like SHIT.
