lol LOL LOL for sure, I guess you're one of those annoying mitsurugi users, all I can do is quit before the battle beggins (it's not a rage quit, I just hate the character).
and no, he is as strong as he was at the beginning of the game. lol

^Either way, you rage quit. Reasons for doing so may be different, but..

^No, I may win (why would I rage in that way?) but I decide to avoid the battle, it's not a rage quit.

The way I look at it, if you accept the battle, leaving for any reason (aside from bad lag, but even then..) is rage quitting.
