I have been watching Gun Sword because it's on Netflix. It's enjoyable standard faire if you can get over how awful and cheesy some elements are. The first episode will test what you're willing to put up with. It's silly but they like some good stuff. Like... the road warrior I see. The next episode has living attack beards. Take some cowboy bebop, a little outlaw star and a dash of the Big O. It's a fun pastiche, it almost works as a parody even if unintended.

Gun X Sword got it's name for it's literal differnece in "rivals" in this show which I love. This show is serious but it pokes fun at the post apoclyptic traveling genre a little bit.

Okay, I'm about to try out three kinda sorta maybe obscure shows: Moyashimon, Murder Princess and Dai Mahou Touge. Please tell me if they're crap and why, unless you're Bubbles in which case I don't care what you say.

Dai Nahou Touge is great for the first 2 or 3 episodes, but just like Dokuro-chan it only has one joke. Still, the joke in Touge is better than the one in Dokuro-chan, and it's short enough that it probably won't outstay its welcome before you're done with it. It's worth watching the first 3 episodes at least.
