After seeing Code Geass and Death Note for about the 2nd or 3rd time each I stopped reading this thread - those shows are this generation's Cowboy Bebop and Neon Genesis Evangelion.

I can't believe you just compared Code Geass to Evangelion...bring back crucifixion and witch hunts!!!

Death Note fell off when L died.

Didn't anybody else feel that Geass was fucking boring?

Last thing I truly enjoyed watching was Ghost In the Shell SAC; for the most part. Some episodes were so incredibly irrelevant that I just stopped watching for a while.
Although I won't argue the fact that SAC felt somewhat pretentious...if anybody else felt the need to address that.

The show does try pretty hard. But many of the episodes and especially the main arcs made me feel like I was watching something truly entertaining. Overall it was very enjoyable but its not a favorite worthy of re-viewing.

what does everyone think of casshern sins? So far I think its very well done. i saw the live action movie "casshern" and I thought it was ass, so its nice to see that this anime is as good as it is.

Casshern Sins is moving along very slowly. Where was the dog in episode 4?

I don't think I can do this wait for a whole week thing to watch an episode of Gundam 00. I get mad as fuck whenever the current week's episode is over.
