Buso Renkin was good, but it was also a blatantly obvious Bleach knock-off. Don't get me wrong, I like Bleach so I have no problems with a Bleach knock-off, but a little creativity couldn't hurt, either.
I though it was a fun series. I don't think its a Bleach knockoff, Only Bleach can take 188+ episodes to tell a 26 episode story, sometimes when i watch it i feel like im watching DBZ and reliving the powering up for 5 episodes.

speaking fo DBZ i forget where i foudn this.

@Syrpiektre

I know the movie your talking about, i read about it in an issue of wired some years ago and i've heard good things. I'll keep my ear to the ground for the title, i really wanna see it now.

It just sucks because the Hollywood video I rented it from is gone now :/ However, thanks the amazing memory of my sister, I now have the title of the film: Nobody Knows. Really good movie and yeah, I misquoted a couple things (not a couple but a frivolous mother, and other things) but it's still good nonetheless. It was actually done in 2004 when Japan was coming out of the 90s recession, and pointed to an event almost 20 years prior when things were rockier.

On a more random note, you know, to this day I still haven't watched Grave of the Fireflies, because I'm afraid of being heartbroken by it.

Weak.

Man the fuck up and watch it, sir.

Also, Air > Clannad > Kanon

Some random stuff:
Hare + Guu wins
Karas wins
Metropolis wins

And:

Fuck whoever dropped subbing Gunslinger Girl: Il Teatrino for Saiunkoku Monogatari 2, and fuck whoever dropped Les Miserables: Shoujo Cosette.

Rant over.

Haha, I will watch it someday; the thing that I like and hate at the same time about the movies, movies, etc. that really grow on me is how they tend to make me go on a writing blitz. I wrap myself around the emotions I feel during it obsessively until I can figure out how to emulate those emotions onto a page, in turn pushing away a lot of other things I should be doing, like work :P
