yeah I'm watching an anime called ghost hunt for october-halloween. It's not too bad actually. especially the third case which I'm watching right now. It reminds me of Witch hunter Robin and a couple of other mystery anime but this one is about ghost or paranormal phenomena in a realistic setting.

Here's a unique anime for October-halloween that not many people have seen:

Imagine: a shady bar, two men off in a booth, one speaking rather raucously about his latest "catch" He is excited and speaks with intense satisfaction and desire about a girl he got. He says he could not help himself and took her back to a hotel room and just ate her up. You think it's about sex. It's not. He ate her. Right down to the intestine. This man is a Flesh Eater.

In the world of Kemonozume, monsters are closer than expected.

I just watched some of it. The art style and atmosphere seems like something straight out of paranoia agent. Not exactly horror enough for me though but thanks for the suggestion. If you haven't checked out Gilgamesh then that is a must. If you're into the whole gothic genre thing anyway. I found that I had to force myself to stop watching so I could go to bed on many nights because it was that good. the same thing with Texhnolyze and Haibane Renmei. I love some good storylines and characters. I'm tired of the same old anime that takes a couple of weeks to completely come up with the story. I want something that makes me think. something that makes me want more at the end of every episode and not just because the last one ended in a cliff hanger.
