anyone watched the live action gantz? 1st one was decent cant seem to find gantz :the perfect answer
other than that im still looking for a ghost in the shell replacement :(

Well first im not sure where you're finding your MOST PEOPLE from, because that is an incorrect statement, straight up. You mean in your area? Neighborhood? Class? Work? But out in the World, a vast majority knew what it was before they started watching it.

And I don't know why you're still on about this pointless thing, i never said any stand alone episodic show was pointless, only that a chill anime, CHILL ANIME, as in the original reason this was even brought up, with no connecting episodes would be pointless. Not anime in general, not TV SHOWS, not anything, as there are unbelievable amounts of these shows that exist, and that are good. This is normal, common it's almost impossible to argue against it as a general thing. I'm not.
However a chill anime, in which it's just slow and has no real goal, that also has no overlaying story or plot or reason for being, that is episodic would be pointless. It would literally be watching something about nothing. Comedy shows are funny, that's a reason. Every show named there, Bebop had a goal and an overlaying story, GiTS had numerous and was a mystery thriller. These all had purpose and could pull off an episodic show. Hell most shows about a journey are episodic.

If you want chill shows that don't follow the previous episode try watching... ed edd n eddy maybe some power puff girls maybe some Dexter's laboratory those are pretty "chill" shows. Also page what animes do you like? Or are you just here to troll?

I hate all shows that don't follow the previous episode... it just makes me feel like the entire show is pure filler.
