New SOULCALIBUR Title at E3? *EDIT: Hah! Nope

In what way is removing Critical Edges synonymous with improving gameplay? SCV has objectively the best gameplay in the series. Even if you LIKE the other games better, it'd be difficult to argue that they were BETTER competitively.
Kappa Zwei's CE.
I like BE but i hate CE and the invincibility frames that goes with it. There's too much disparity between amazing CE like A.Pat and Viola, and then crappy ones. At least in SCIV all CF were equal xP

Not exactly... What about guard break game?

Obtaining a CF for some characters isn't easy though. That statement is like saying everyone has the same amount of potential to ring someone out simply because it exists. There are some characters who excel at using meter, getting a CF, ringing out, etc., but there are some who do not. Any fighting game mechanic is like this.

That's similar to building meter in SCV now. Some build it quicker than others. Didn't Seong-mina have an amazing guard break game in SCIV, but she was still low tier? =/ Correct me if I'm wrong, thank you.
If they want to keep CE I'd like to see it much more balanced. Some CE are not only easy to throw out but they give great rewards while others are just absolutely meeeeeeh.
*CF were very very rare to see in SCIV anyways. It was difficult to guard break to get it. On the other hand CE are much more common and should require way more balance.
