NCR 10 Top 8 Videos By iPlayWinner

I refuse being called a cigarette, sir.
lol, ok sorry.

I hate it too. But at least it's harder to own firearms on this side of the puddle and my children are less likely to get shot dead while I'm 9 to 5ing it than yours.
Angry people go to football matches here and usually don't have their guns.
Yes, I'm not super-keen on our right to bear arms. Our neighbor thinks he's Rambo and is constantly shooting off guns in his backyard. I'm afraid to let my daughter outside.

The bottom line is this, you do whatever it takes to win. Whether it's running your mouth to someone you know it will affect negatively, or ignoring the idiot who is talking shit to you. All these people who are whining and bitching about sportsmanship, show up to one of these tournaments (I noticed those complaining are those who have never showed up anywhere) and show how it's supposed to be done.
<snip>

Unfortunately, I couldn't make it to NCR due to family obligations, but SC5 isn't my first rodeo. I've played in probably hundreds of tournaments in my life, including the TTT and SC2 nationals. Hell, I qualified for the TTT Nationals in your very own Seattle, WA. Things like respecting your opponent isn't just my idealized view of how people should play, it's how people actually used to play. I have much stronger opinions about the "winning at any cost" and "anything goes" mentality, but I've long learned what protracted arguments on the Internet earn you.

P.S. UnseenWombat has been around since at least SC1, so he's not just some herpderping online warrior, either.

P.P.S. Lest anyone think this is an Alex J. hatefest - while I disagree with his antics, his actual gameplay speaks for itself, and I'm glad that he represented Norcal with such a strong showing. Major props to him for his performance, with a Marge Simpson groan of disapproval for his sportsmanship.

Based on posts in this thread and what I saw on the Tourney vid, and remembering Srayer's performance in Tulsa when I went ages ago. Threw myself on here for the hell of it.

I'd put myself to retro gamer, I still have my snes. *Trollface*
And gameboy. *Mega-Trollface*
NOT the color version. *Monster-Trollface*
And my PSP *Ultra-Trollface*
But I have a life and I don't think I'm anywhere as skilled as I'd like to be, or where that scale shows. I love it though! Missing game difficulty... on the money!
