I really think that the Lakers getting into the finals were way too predictable. The three teams strong enough to take them out were the Oklahoma City Thunder, and they lost; the Denver Nuggets, who failed to even face the Lakers, since they lost to the massacred Jazz; and my hometown San Antonio Spurs. We've knocked them out of the playoffs before, and I think we could have done it again, except for one major problem, Steve Nash, Grant Hill, and Amare Stoudamire. When the Spurs went down, I knew for a fact that the Lakers were in the finals. But Boston deserves to be there. To beat two of the top teams in back-to-back series, the Cleveland Cavaliers, and the Orlando Magic, that's championship material right there. The Lakers proved nothing. They beat three weak teams, none more weaker than Utah. But I will have a huge smile on my face if Boston wins game 6 or 7. Because then two streaks will end. Phil Jackson's undefeated streak when his team won game 1 in a series, and the fact that the 10 times that the series was tied 1-1 going into game 3, the team that won game 3 won the championship. But I will be overjoyed to see Phil Jackson not only lose, but retire. He's been in the business way too long, and I think his health is a major issue. Just my thoughts. Oh, and there's only one person more overrated than Kobe Bryant, and that is LEBRON JAMES! All the hype; no jewlery to match it.
