MvC2 for PS3 and 360 ?!

Ok before you guys go, "OMFG Noob, Capcom lost the liciense !! >:(", listen to this possible conspiracy theroy. Apparently the ESRB listed MvC2 on there site for a possible release for the 360 and PS3. Since news broke out, the ESRB has removed Marvel vs Capcom 2 from there site all together. Now, if there were smart they would just backspace the PS3 and the 360 from the list; however, it could be that someone left the cat out of the bag. Decide for yourselfs !!
