League of Legends

It's a concept of a champion that's been lurking around for a long time ... they released an art preview of him but nothing more has come of it. He's based on a Chinese Dragon I believe:

It won't be Ao Shin, they've recently said he won't come this year.

Also it's almost certainly something shadow isles related for the harrowing.
 
The League subreddit believes it's an ADC named Kalista that's being hinted at right now. Personally I just want the new summoner's rift and season 5 jungle changes.
 
I don't like the look of the jungle changes personally... but the new SR looks amazing!
