Hi all,

Getting back into SoulCalibur, wanna be in good shape when V is released.
I'm on XBL most evenings: 'the_k0ng' (thats a zero in k0ng).

I'm rusty but have good basics.

I main Astaroth. My secondary characters are/were: Yoshi, Cervantes, Lizard and Cassandra.
I'm no good with any of my secondaries at the moment though, can't really remember move lists or combos.

Look forward to grabbing you repeatedly.

Welcome to 8wayrun Kong!,

Like Pocky Yoshi I am also a Yoshi mainer so if you ever need any advice or suggestions hit me up!. Unfortunately I only play on PSN so we might not be able to fight online. Pocky plays a great (though slighly unorothodox :] ) Yoshi and a knows his in's and out's so he would be a great opponent to learn from.

I also main Mitsu and second Asta and Sophie. By the way my job here is to help the new members to find their way around, so if you ever need help with anything ask away!

So are you planning on playing SCV competitively of casually?
 
Hey guys, thanks for the replies.

Some backstory Pocky:
Played and loved SC1 on the Dreamcast, but didn't get competitive until I got 2. Probably reached my highest level during that game and had a lot of fun in the arcades. Things got a bit quiet for me after that. There isn't much of a scene where I live, so for 3 I was flying solo and guys that I did travel to play against would school me with shit I hadn't seen before. 4 is probably my least favourite version of the game. In saying that, the addition of online play rekindled my lust for the number 1 spot for a while, but with college/work I couldn't put in the time needed. Now I have the time, and SC5 is around the corner, so I'm back with a vengeance.

Signed up to the XBL database, cheers. Will probably use that matchfinder thread as well.

I plan on playing competitively Senzait. It's gonna be a couple of weeks until I'm no longer free though.
