Not enough Australian, but HA! Now there is more!

Hi, I'm a casual Soul Calibur player, I've played Soul Calibur 3 & 4 on and off since they came out, okay maybe not Soul Calibur 3, but it was the first one I played... anyway, I'm basically saying I'm not that good... So if you can give me any guidance, it'd help!

I got Soul Calibur V and plan on actually get serious with it, so...

I Look forward to getting my ass handed to me.

It would help if you pick a character you want to learn first.
You can then go to that character's forum and check out their best moves and strats.

I'm thinking of going with, ugh, whats his name, Mitsurugi? or something, the samurai guy, I really like his fighting style.
 
oh good choice.
He's quite strong and well rounded.
Good mixup game strong mid/lows and throws.
That one move where he pulls his sword back and then stabs you in the face....always gets me!
haha
 
Yeah played him once and just knew it was the character for me.

Oh, I like the stab as well and how it can knock there Armour off, annoys my practice partners a lot.
