I can't hang

I'm not worthy to be counted among the 8WayRunners. ...seriously.
You're more worthy than me, buster. I'd be lucky to scrape up three consecutive victories. I just don't play it to the point others do. I play to have fun, not to get frustrated over losing to others over and over. I am, as the term goes, a "casual gamer."

Although I am attempting to get a 100% on Arkham Asylum. Never did have patience for collecting things, and the Riddler's challenges are irritatingly vague.

After winning 26 in a row a couple of days ago (online) I thought I was finally getting to be decent. Today so far I am 8 and 12. I'm getting my ass beat by EVERYBODY except for those who leave when they've been beat.
I'm a step behind everyone. I feel (and rightfully so) defeated and have taken huge steps backwards with bad habits. I'm going into training. I'm not worthy to be counted among the 8WayRunners. ...seriously.
Don't be silly. OF COURSE you can't hang compared to Larry!

My problem at the moment is that i have pretty much ideas in mind about moves and combinations and stuff. I think about SC at work etc...
But they block my mind, meaning i think way too much. Maybe you have the same problem.
Some wise person, i don't know who said: You have to learn everything about fighting and then you have to forget it all.
Or something along that line, meaning learn stuff, try stuff then practice, compete until the learned stuff becomes natural.
And by try and error you automatically lose the useless stuff. Freeing your mind.

PS.: There's far too much laggy bullshit going on online to take it serious.

And i think and hope noone here would be arrogant enough to call you unworthy.

The philosophy you speak of is referred to as Mu Shin in the martial arts. It means "No Mind". It is a good way to view the approach to a fighting game as well, so thank you for the proposed application. :) I think I'll try to make it work here.
