After winning 26 in a row a couple of days ago (online) I thought I was finally getting to be decent. Today so far I am 8 and 12. I'm getting my ass beat by EVERYBODY except for those who leave when they've been beat.
I'm a step behind everyone. I feel (and rightfully so) defeated and have taken huge steps backwards with bad habits. I'm going into training. I'm not worthy to be counted among the 8WayRunners. ...seriously.
 
Lol dude relax everyone gets to that point I myself hit that point where no matter what I did I just kept losing but is usually just because you need to take time off to reassess things. Just take a few days off and see what happens after that
 
Thanks. I can't quit for good. I mean I'm addicted. A break might help. I think I need to watch more video and practice blocking. It seems I am all about stepping and striking and NEVER block. That's a problem. So maybe a couple of days off as prescribed, watch some vids of GOOD players, and spend some time with Edgemaster (I know the AI issues, but in this instance it can help). Damn!!!
 
There's no way you'll ever know how good you are from online play, too many variables outside the game itself. You shouldn't take it so seriously, I know it's hard but try and find time to make it to a few offline events and you'll see what I mean.
