I am new to fighting games, and have a question about SCV

Another nice thing about SCV is that it seems to have an infinite skill ceiling, unlike Street Fighter 4 which, as far as I can tell, is quite limiting (on top of being heavily imbalanced).

just to clarify, no fighting game has a skill limit. there is always stuff to be learned and new tech to be found, which can help deal with things that seem to be unbalanced. and there is no limit to how much you can improve your mind game.
