Definition of Holocaust: slaughter on a mass scale.
In theory using holocaust to define the meat industry is quite proper :). Doesn't change the fact that Im going to keep eatin and enjoying my meat.
Having said that (This might be completely unrelated to this thread) I do think its immoral to hunt like humans do in our days. Killing animals with automatic laser scoped auto aim sniper rifles from a mile away is just a pussy shit in my opinion. Plus you are taking a life for the sake of entertainment. Does that make you feel good? lol

Language is mutable and changes with the times.
Using the dictionary definition of holocaust in reference to defending it's use with regards to animals is willful ignorance of how the language has changed and what it implies, in a tongue in cheek way. Shouldn't be done when talking about the mass slaughter of people based on their ethnicity.
