Hori RAP VX

Yea I like that, Id like to do something like that, but I got no clue how to even begin modding sticks although I'm sure it isnt that hard id be bound to mess something up... that stick you have looks pretty good why even get another?
 
As much as I like this stick, it's just too small and too light. I don't have a table to place them on so they go on my lap, and it's not stable at all. The new VX though, it's wide and hefty (but not too much) so it's very stable.

I didn't actually mod it, but I'm told you'd have to desolder a few joints and grind the sides. Seems like a pain if you've never done it before.

not sure why everyone is saying its ugly cause that shit look hott! i have the MvC TE stick and love it cause of the stability. only bad part is not much room to house the wire but other than that is very nice. how much that stick cost ya Dragonfall??
 
Right well I'd send mine in for new buttons and a joy stick i'm happy with how little it is... I play on a little piano stool infront of my chair lol it works perfect... I hated playing with it in my lap so finding something to set it on while you play is def a plus... but for a tourney I could handle it in my lap if I had to better than these 5 pound bulky ass sticks like the TE and the one pictured... duno the one pictured might be sweet, but the TE was a definite let down...
 
I like my TE now. I didnt at first. I like that its big and bulky. fits in my lap real nice. Then again this is my first stick and I have nothing else to campare it to. So reading this particular post is pointless.

Dispite all that the only thing I dont like bout my TE is the little ass compartment to shove 13ft of cable into.
