Hello, total NOOB here who care barely beat Intermediate within Quick Battle…

So yeah, noobie here joining everyone, hope to learn some new battle techniques. This is my first Soul Calibur game, on my first console (PS3). Never really played much of these arcade fighting games before. I'm enjoying SCV so far very much, besides having trouble beating Devil Jin. Just can't win against him in Quick Match to unlock. Anyway...

My favorite characters in general are Tira (she's so hot lol, just super difficult to use), Natsu, and Maxi and Leixia.

I main Natsu, currently learning Leixia and still getting better with Natsu.

Oh, also, I see posts posting about 6AA, 8B, 3B etc posts. What are these 6AA things? I know they're probably moves, but can someone elaborate a little? 6AA = [meaning]?
 
6 represents a directional input, and the letter represents "A", which is a horizontal attack (square). So that means you input forward then tap square twice.

The numbers go like this:

456
123

2 is down, 8 is up, 6 is forward, 4 is backwards, and you can guess the rest :)
