1.First of all he was NOT IP BANNED
2.He will still be with his local scene

This whole thing started because Lobo was being lobo and trolling to get a point across about devil jin. A character daggoth says is broke (the person who has had the full game for months). This was made even worse when jaxel backed lobo up. Idle was pissed and left.
