Microsoft is offering a price cut on pre orders on Windows 7. The Home Premium Upgrade version is $50 and the Professional Upgrade version is $100. Most of the major online stores have it available for preorder. The prices are supposed to go back up on July 11th.

If I was running Windows Vista or XP right now, I would cop that. But I need the non upgrade version, so I have to wait so that I can do a completely fresh install on new hardware. But I love Windows 7. M$ has a really great OS on the way. Go nerds, go!
