Gears of War 3

Ok, so we got weapon skin unlock methods.

Gold
-Retro: Beta Unlock
-Lancer: Play during the first week of games launch.
-Hammerburst: Play during first week of game's launch.
-Sawed-Off: Have the "Commando" Achievement from Gears 1.
- Gnasher: Exclusive unlock to people who have the "Veteran Gear" Achievement from Gears 2. This Achievement also unlocks the other 4 gold weapons. \

Chrome
-Retro: Have the "Domination" achievement from Gears 1
-Lancer: Have the "Don't Hate The Player" Achievement from Gears 1
-Hammerburst: Have the "Dirty, Dirty Horde" Achievement from Gears 2
-Sawed Off: Have any PC Gears 1 Acievement
-Gnasher: Complete all 3 games Campaigns(Gears 1, 2 and 3)

Onyx (Shiny Black Skins)
- Get 6000 kills with that starting weapon.

Gold Omen
- Get to lvl 100 in Gears 3.

Liquid Metal
-Purchase the "Season Pass"

Infected Omen
-Come with any of the following: Epic Edition, Gears 3 Xbox 360 Bundle, or Gears 3 Wireless Controller

Flaming Weapons appear to be Beta Exclusive as does Thrashball Cole.

Edit: Watched the Q/A on this. For Chrome Gnasher you need to beat all 3 games Campaigns and for Gold Omen. Just get to level 100.
 
Also found out. Gears 3 is going to have different kinds of DLC aside from just MP maps but more weapon skins, characters, new Campaign sections, More stuff for Horde and Beast (crossing fingers for a Beast Mode VS)

Can't wait to get that Onyx Gnasher.
