Feast was such a joke...but I thought it was more well-written than A Clash of Kings and most of A Storm of Swords. Martin seems to stick to his system of historical parallels, especially when it comes to characters. He only really goes outside of the box when he writes Daenerys, Cersei, Jaime, Theon, Bran, and old people. His writing with other characters has a rhythm that doesn't seem to change until he has any of his 'experiments' do something cute.

My friends think Cersei needs to die and that the whole incest thing is disgusting. AT LEAST SHE IS ACTUALLY IN LOVE (well, that's debatable) AT LEAST THE RELATIONSHIP IS BASED UPON LOVE, UNLIKE ALL THE POLITICAL ONES

THEY HATE "Lady Stark" SO MUCH. THEY KEEP CALLING HER STUPID LEAVE HER ALONE. SHE THINKS THREE OF HER FIVE CHILDREN ARE DEAD. SHE IS ACTING ON THE HOPE SHE CAN GO HOME AND BE A MOM AGAIN INSTEAD OF THIS DIPLOMAT. CATELYN IS THE GOOD CERSEI WHY DON'T YOU LOVE HER.

THEY THINK "Khaleesi" NEEDS TO TAKE OUT HER TITS AGAIN OR GO DO SOMETHING. BITCH SHE IS POOR. BITCH SHE HAS THREE BABY DRAGONS AND IS UNSURE OF HERSELF. SHE IS BEING COUNSELED BY A SOLDIER AND A BUNCH OF WOMEN WHO SAY IT IS KNOWN EVERYDAY. LEAVE KHALEESI ALONE.
