Two things:

WATCH IT AGAIN

So I think Oberyn Martell poisoned Tywin Lannister. That's why Tywin has the shits in the end of the book, and that's why Oberyn was willing to break bread with both Mace Tyrell and Tywin Lannister. He was poisoning the mouth that gave the order, as well as the dog who took them.

I always assumed this to be the truth. It also explains that curious addition of "where Tyrion knew he would be" when he goes to find him on the loo.
It also explains why Tywin smelt so disgusting - Presumably the poison made him decompose quicker.
Oberyn also remakes to Tyrion, "your Father won't be around forever" or something similar to that.



Oh and Seren, sending spies into my house after marrying my daughter? How cute.
