I do believe video game movies will one day be legitimate entertainment, but I think that time is a ways off. I'm not holding out much hope for this upcoming Tekken movie. -_-

Yeah I do see them being good eventually.
It just shocks me that they are already. I mean I guess since I don't know the first thing about making a movie from the ground up and all...but like honestly do some of these directors look at the movies when its done and scream with there fist raised in the air " It is BRILLIANT!"

It seems like Uwe Boll wont leave game movies the fuck alone.

I also curse Paul w.s. Anderson for Resident Evil.

First film was okay, albeit slightly irritating, second film was a travesty, and the third one was better - but that doesn't mean it was great; it just had little to compete with.

Judging from the actors of Tekken it's going to be either really good or reallllly bad. I personally think DBZ is going to be a an hour and half of me with palm in face...anybody else get that feeling?

I liked the Tomb Raider movies- didn't care for the plot, but they were decent mindless-fun-type action movies.

Saw parts of the first two RE movies. I appreciated the second more because it actually included Jill, Carlos and Nemesis. The first, they just said, "let's make a zombie movie and call the city Raccoon City. Now let's call it Resident Evil." I refuse to see the third simply because they cast Ali Larter as Claire.

Street Fighter is a total classic. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. It is classic.

this is the best video movie EVER
might as well close the thread now

okay so its a clip, but who cares, but its better than the other street fighter live action movie.
