Am I the only person that doesn't think Smogon is ban happy? and thinks their bans are always reasonable?

i thought mega gengar was a bit too soon, but i also never played on showdown during the early days of 6th gen.

Nah I think they're pretty reasonable too. There's extensive testing and it's a group decision. It couldn't be more democratic if it tried.
I mean, look how long it took for Garchomp to be moved to Ubers in 4th en.

Does anyone have a Technican Aipom?
Don't care about Nature or IV's, because that takes me 15 minutes tops.

Aipom can only have Run Away, Pick Up and Skill Link.
I'm not sure, but the internet says that Ambipom gets Technician, if you evolve an Aipom with Run Away.
I've got an Aipom with Run Away, in case you need it.

and they have pretty strict requirements for who can vote. it's usually people who have a high rank so they know what they're talking about.

I need one for my regular set and my Fakeresort set (Which can be easily walled but still reall dangerous)

Edit: O wait never mind, It's not a hidden ability so it should be that hard breeding one myself. Thanks anyway though.
