love it, we got the happy feel good time thread of the results and shoutouts page, and we got the salt mines that is evo top 8, what a perfect catharsis, so perfectly balanced
I can understand how people who played Decopon in pools are looking back and thinking they could've won if they did X, Y, Z but I wouldn't put money on anyone who played him in the top 8. That guy either took a lesson in psychic abilities or something because I thought he went Super Saiyan on Sunday compared to his previous plays. I thought that Shen Chan was going to take it because that Cervantes was so on point and precise. Then I saw Shining vs SU and thought holy **** Tira has a chance. When I saw the first two matches, I knew he was going to win. I have NEVER seen so many counterhits and setups and I play Natsu!
Maybe he squeaked by in pools and brackets (or he was hiding his tech & reads) but let's put respect where it's due. There was no question he deserved it Sunday.
