Dragon's Dogma

so does the dlc from the original game work in DA? bc i went to the marketplace and i saw DD: Dark Arisen instead of just the plain DD. while i was there, some of the dlc i bought for the original showed up and were checked like i had already bought 'em.
Yes it does. The preorder DLC I got with my original DD still works in DA.

DD:DA is so nice, seriously this game just beats TESV into the ground, its not as big but it takes skill to fight which makes it fun. hits have impact, there's strategy, the creatures are awesome to fight, and most of the skill are awesome and actually have a use. im looking at you TES with your lockpicking and speech skill tree, what a waste.

Can't forget the conjuration tree. :P

Other than that Skyrim is fun, it's just fun for different reasons than DD. Skyrim is more of an exploration game where DD is about the combat but has poor NPC interactions and you have to do multiple playthroughs to understand the story unlike Skyrim were the NPC interaction is good & the story is much easier to understand.

fighting the archydra atm...and my main pawn (a mage) won't use fire affinity. ever. i keep saying help (with both the left and right on the pad) but all she does is halidom or anodyne lol.

I found the story in DD to be pretty straight forward honestly. Unless there is something I missed.
