Dead Rising 2?

I heard Capcom was outsourcing the game to an American company, is this true?

In any case, since it's on PS3, I'll be sure to play it.
 
I'm aware Frank isn't the main guy in it, but I heard he's at least in the game....

however, if they kill him in the storyline, I will NEVER forgive them, and return the game for full value stating capcom as a company is DEFECTIVE.
