Honoka's story is that she can instantly learn the move once she sees it used once. So she's exactly like Raidou.

In short, though, she's a much more aggressive Marie Rose and like Marie Rose and Raidou borrows moves from the rest of the cast, but lacks the stances of said cast. So no Bokuho, Heichu, Dragon Stance, etc.

As far as I know, she has two or three power blows linked to her strings. She doesn't borrow moves from the ninjas (as far as I could tell). And she's really unsafe, but pretty cool once you see her link attacks from six different styles.
She's more Necrid than Edge,aster, or Mokujin. But luckily not quite as broken.

And yes, she has the largest cup size of the entire cast. 99cm/58cm/74cm

Does her cup size change the game?no!
Does it make the game bad if she uses moves from the rest cast?no!
...you could say that tekken,sf,sc etc(the list goes on...)..is bad..only that there is a huge breastet lady/gal..and uses some existing moves.
The same reason/comments/complains about Lucky Chloe`s occured release...FGC can sometimes Stupid Intolerant Ridiculous.

She was doing Helena's stance after she did the high kick thing.

It's just an element of the animation string. She doesn't have Helena's stance. She does have her own unique stance, though, ame-something-or-other. It has some unique mix ups.

I'm not certain what the fan response is, but do keep in mind she was pretty quickly created and like all the other DLC characters (including Marie Rose), she has a few unique/new moves and a lot of moves borrowed from the rest of the cast.

That's the limit of what I know about her. Can't say I like her or dislike her, like others have mentioned before, playing the character will probably give you a better feel for her.
