My proposed changes

General System Changes:
-Improvements to the netcode. Better snapshot accuracy on pings between players.
-Return of the Unranked Player Match with the option to Rematch after a game.
-Improvements to the buffering system.
-Better feel between 33 inputs and 3 inputs.
-Attack strings no longer re-track after successful sidestep.
-Fixed placement on a round start on several stages so that no player is stuck in corners or near danger zones, or cliffhangers.
-Improved collision to avoid warping, unintended position switching and more when players caught in corners or in certain stances.
-All guard breaks that left the character in negative frames are no longer guard breaks. Unchanged otherwise. All neutral and positive guard breaks remain the same. Several neutral guard breaks have their distance on block adjusted as per intention.


Kokoro:
-46PP no longer requires just frame timing.
-PK2P reduced distanced push back on last hit.
-PPP can no longer be ducked on counter hit.
-44P adjusted sabaki window, untechable time.
-9P damage increased from 12 to 20.
-66T changed to offensive hold, damage decreased from 56 to 40. Frames from 10 to 16.

Marie Rose:
-PPP, 9P, 6PP, frames on hit changed from +1 to +3.
-KK, hitbox adjusted. Knockback distance adjusted.
-BT KKK changed wall slam properties to the last hit, rather than the second hit.
-236P damage changed from 40 to 45. Attack range slightly increased.
