I got a laundry list of suggestions for improvements to the game, but I doubt they will radically alter the balance or the move lists much.
Yet, I still hope they get rid of so many cyclic variants in Kokoro's move list and adopt more unique Baji moves. She still lacks the toe stomp of Akira and Leo, not to mention a few elbow and palm strikes. It would be nice if heichu were better too. And... I don't know, but with the lack of a true neutral advantage low, maybe she could get her 66T back to being an Offensive Hold. There are many characters who have similar speed lows that give advantage on hit, yet aren't lacking on mix up the same way Kokoro does and they all have offensive holds.
