that's what i thought too. would be more fun and add more hype. but i don't think i could see it as being tournament viable though.

No it's not, 270 was the default life setting in DOA5 vanilla, lol. If 270 were to be the standard under 5U's current balance, there will need to be a new balance change to compliment the setting for tournament play at the moment. And Team Ninja cannot focus on that right now.

I've been trying to tell players how beneficial 270 would be again like it was in Vanilla, but now people want to try it lol. In any case, Vincent Rayne, yeah I'm down for 270 HP at casuals today. I'm already used to it so let's see what yours and the others opinion of will be.

No, there is NO sense in playing on 240 in 5U's current balance settings.
