Rachel was never broken at all. I don't understand why people think so because she had solid okizeme.

So, has anyone else experimented with playing on lower health settings? It does add a surprising level of hype when you're duking it out at 240 (Smallest).

No, she had DOA5 Vanilla okizeme while everyone else's has changed, and players didn't realize this. Infact, most players STILL haven't realized this. This is not broken or OP, as there isn't anything of that nature in DOA5U. Things changed and players refuse to figure out what's new or different.
