Akira's a lone warrior so he probably doesn't get as much action as he should and thus takes out his *ahem* frustrating on the first fighter he sees. For him, spam Lisa's jumping offensive holds and give him the much needed action he deserves. Don't worry, I ask "Why So Serious?" to Akira in every encounter -_-. Gen Fu's another cunt that needs to be put in his place. Pretty much, all you can do is "stick to the plan" and hope he doesn't put you into his delay-stun bullshit. His weakness is range, so zone him as much as possible (7P is your friend).
Pai actually has one of the lowest damage outputs in the game and is kinda average once you figure out her mix-up options. She is extremely dangerous once she gets her constant poke-stun bullshit going, but similiar to Gen Fu, her weakness is range (aside from some attacks like 66H+K or 6H+K), so zone her ass. For Sarah, she has high syndrome, so high crush, high crush, high crush! I.e., work dat 1P. Kasumi and LeiFang shouldn't be a problem if you pay attention to what they're doing. Be sure to keep Kasumi out of your face, she has a lot close range fast pokes that look kinda similar.
