I too hate the wake up kick Oki, which is why i really like to end my combos with a hard knock down and use my forced standing move on them. The best part is they usually try to attack right after i pick them up.

Or if i want max damage i just back step out of kick range as quickly as possible.
 
I have heard that TN already intend to nerf 66KK4 in their upcoming balance patch (I don't know when it's coming though). It is pretty silly. Ayane is my strongest character atm just because of this move
BOOOO! That's sad people are crying so hard about ONE frame trap that they feel the need to patch it out. Obviously they never played SC.
 
A game only has 3 patches available before a company has to pay (can anyone tell me a company that actually has paid?), and this one has already used up its first, hasn't it?

Things sure are different these days. Guess the "Deal With It" generation doesn't exist anymore.




Well, if there's a patch for the netcode, and a patch for the balancing, hopefully those come together, or at the least get spaced out and used wisely...
 
they'll probably use up one patch to take out ayane's SUPER broken +7 frame trap, then the third one to attempt to fix the netcode, which will probably fail, and then someone will discover a truly broken infinite or something and they'll be like, tough luck, the game is 9 months old, deal with it. That is, if they're like Namco.
