Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate

Just play what you want. If you need to be talkedinto playing something then it's probably not for you. I'm at a point in life where I'm not compulsed to play everythin or buy everything. I honestly sat down wth TTT2 for 2-3 hours and realized that, while lots of work went into the game, I don't enjoy it as a casual game and don't have the time to play it competitively. I love the DoA series (actually got my ma to get me #1 back whe I was a child and have played every one since) and know I'll enjoy kt whether it's just for kicks or I'm playing in a coupl of tournaments.

I actually can't wait for this game. I never owned a DoA game before, but I would constantly be playing them at a friend's house, and absolutely love them. Also seeing the new character Rig made me want it more because his default outfit makes me laugh. Only thing stopping me right now is the fact that I just spent a butt ton of money on textbooks and school supplies.

The game looks very nice but im still not sure whether i will play it. Played ttt2 now.. dont know if this game can top it. Other thing im worried is... can i play this game in the living room with ppl i respect watching? Im mainly pointing at the sexism stuff :P

I would say that nobody can tell you which game you should buy, because you'll probably have regrets either way. If someone else convinced you to do something you were unsure about or you were unhappy with your purchase, you'd probably feel bad about it later. It's probably best you decide for yourself. Just buy the series you enjoy most and pick the other one up when it's cheaper. I understand what you're going through, personally, worse in my case maybe. It's a toss up between this and xcom for me. I like both a lot and I've waited for sequels a long time, what makes it worse is they're completely different genres so its hard to compare directly. If it's sexism you're worried about though, that's silly. Tekken has it's swimsuit pack too, amigo.
