In VF a stun state actually means something. What does DOA offer other than juggle combos? Everything else is LOL reversal.

There's no argument. DOA has very little guaranteed damage. Especially compared to a game like VF. You really can't debate a fact.
 
I'm guessing it will not be Brad Wong. It will probably be someone new and someone old.
