Dead Island

I don't play these types of games, but I'll definitely watch playthroughs on youtube... which is what I usually do.
This game seems really interesting.
 
I'm getting tired of mindless zombie games (or horror games this generation). Most try to make the characters seem interesting or slap a story on it & hope it stays. What happened to games like Resident Evil 2, Fatal Frame 2 or Silent Hill 2.
Sorry if I missed some "great" horror games but Dead Space was probably the only horror game I decided to drop $60 for this generation. I paid for others like Zombie Apocalypse & Dead Nation but those were cheapos & expectedly didn't last long.

To sum it up, I don't see Dead Island appealing. I don't mind catching it used at my work or paying $10 but it really doesn't stand out of the crowd for me.
 
Why do angry people always have to rant? I'm just looking for an Xbox Live party, bro.
 
I think ima pick this game up tonight. Me and the old lady like to play shit like this. Theres only so much black op combat training I can take...and I cant take no more.

This an xbox exclusive?

Too many games that I want are coming out and I don't have the funding to get them all. This one did catch my eye though but if it's xbox only than that's money I can save.
