Darkstalkers Resurrection Announced

Ya know, it just occurred to me. Do you guys think this Darkstalkers Resurrection game will have Dee available as a secret character? He was never available in anything but one console version.

I kinda wonder if Darkstalkers 4 will canonized Donovan's ending and introduce us to adult Anita as a new character.



EDIT: Does anyone know which version of Darkstalkers on PSN is the best version to get? I noticed that the original and Darkstalkers 3 are available, but there's also one called Chaos Tower for the PSP...

No, port is straight up from the arcade ROM so none of the characters from the PS2 collection are in. In any case, that port supposedly has 1 frame of input lag on versus, so this is generally good news.

On related news Derek/Goryus has addressed a few of our concerns.
-Selecting "Turbo" will now set the game to Turbo 3 (Capcom arcade games have multiple turbo settings accessible only in the service menu).
-Due to it being a port of the arcade and not PS2, any "bug fixes" in that version are not in DSR, meaning stuff that worked in the arcade will still work here.
-Can switch to the original select screen (unlike 3SOE).

Darkstalkers 3 on PSN is a PSOne classic, meaning that it has frames of animation cut and other things. Chaos Tower is basically a port of Vampire Chronicle for Matching Service for DreamCast. Chronicle basically plays like Hyper SFII Anniversary Ed. where you can select a characters playstyle before a match based on the different versions of the game.
