I think this is a smart move. We need time to get Devil Jin incorporated into tournaments. Having him at small tourneys is a good idea at least for now, until he's been put through the proving grounds. If he proves to strong, then we know for future reference. If not, he's in tourneys without damaging the games rep. Isn't that what counts in the end? yeah, we have to deal with a minor annoyance, but if it's for the greater good of our game, I say why not?

I wasn't saying it to boast - I'm actually rather ashamed of it. I was saying it because I am a known Tekken player who knows enough of both scenes to speak of it. I apologize if that sounded brash, guy.

Just to say: Don't undersestimate the legion of hard-core devil jin tekken fans that actually will purchase the game solely due to DJ's tournament eligibility.

There are some self delusional tekken fans who think they are tournament worthy automatically because they come from the best fighting game series and would roll over the competition easily with their madd tekken EWGF skillz.

You'd think that the more level headed tekken fans here posting are a healthy representation of the tekken community, but I wouldn't think it beneath the rest of them to boycott the game and do so in impressive numbers.

If by legion you mean 10-30, it's way less than would lose interest if he were allowed. Tell me I'm wrong. I fucking dare you.
