Conan O Brien

I really miss the way conan used to be, back when he was just starting out he did a lot weirder bits and he was kind of humble around showbiz types and just seemed grateful to have a show. Every night he'd self deprecate a bit and wonder how he ever wound up with Max Weinburg and the max Weinburg seven. Now he's more of an ass, I've heard stories from staff that leave his show and apparently he treats them terribly and his bits have really lost their edge. Conan himself has acknowledged it in an interview a while back, saying "I used to sit with them in conferences before the show. We'd throw around ideas and I used to be like well what do you want to do. Now I'm just like: 'You know what? Why don't you just pur yourself a nice tall glass of shut the hell up juice?' And then I slam the door in their faces as hard as I can." I can't tell if the last line was a joke or not but apparently the rest is true as related by a writer who now works for the WWE.
 
Looks like showbiz gave him a big head (pun very intended).

It is a shame to see him leave. He's going to have to endure a huge demographic shift. Anything from late-night he tries to bring over to the Tonight Show will be a watered-down, empty shell of the original. Goodbye masturbating bear. :(

And Jimmy Fallon? Wtf? There's a reason he disappeared from showbiz after leaving SNL and making a few shitty movies. Might as well have picked Drew Carey. People love that fat melvin.
