This man speaks the truth. Dark chocolate or GTFO. There are exceptions, like Ferrero, Lindt, Ghirardelli, or Milka, but in general anything less than 60% cacao is nothing but hydrogenated fats and HFCS. To call that garbage chocolate is a crime against humanity.Some people don't even consider white chocolate to be chocolate. Since it only has cocoa butter instead of cocoa solids or chocolate liquor. Then some white chocolate doesn't even have that, it will just have hydrogenated vegetable fats. Cocao being the main component of what chocolate is.
EDIT: Also, the best of the best comes from Sweden, Switzerland, and Belgium.
