C-stick vs Dpad? (xbox)

Which one should I use?
I find the C-stick is soooooo much harder to use diagonals with, everytime i try and do 3B the game always detects it as 6B DERP A HERP A DERP

The DPAD is easier to use diagonals with (but it still doesn't detect it as well), but I find that it's.. much stiffer and harder to move around with.

Eh, I use the D-pad myself.
Personally I prefer to play on the GameCube controller [The ONLY fighting game that's ever felt better on a GC controller]. On the GC controller I had the D-pad and it was no problem pressing A+B [which isn't a problem on any controller really], A+G [also, no issues there], A+K [Always set as a shoulder button on other controllers for me since it's problematic pressing this on Xbox and PS], B+G [just as annoying as pressing A+K on XB and PS controllers, not on GC], B+K [easy to press on all]. Only difficult button press was G+K [not used in SC2, so it didn't matter].

By C-stick, you must mean Analogue [I take it you play GC, and maybe smash bros].
Really it's all about preference. Some people play on arcade sticks [I can't play as well on those personally], some people play on controllers. Those you play controllers sometimes play D-pad, while others use Analogue. Just play around with both until you find the one you like most.
