Also probably not on the BL3. A while back someone said they saw that GBX had bought the domain rights for the name "Borderworlds", and seeing as how the key projected that map at the end of the main campaign I think it might be safter to say that you're ready for BW. ;)

No, I highly doubt that there is more DLC for BL2. Since GOTY edition is soon to be released

And if BorderWorlds is true then Hooray! Hoping BW will be like Mario Galaxy. lol

My bad. I had seen a link to this-

and misinterpreted it as a new season. That being said there will be more DLC, they just haven't said what it will be. I doubt that they would make an announcement like that for just more skins or something like that.
