I wonder if plasma cannons spawn in Sanctuary's gold chest... Anyone know? (haven't come across any)

I've gotten E-Techs but no Plasma Cannons. I can confirm Plasma Casters, Railers, Splatguns, and Dart Guns though. I'd be surprised if it's not possible to get e-tech rocket launchers, since you can get normal RLs from the chest.

I got a caustic E-Tech AR from the golden chest, by the way. They're blasters.
